Seems like the majority of times that I open up Cyclone Report, the Sticky Threads at the top also open up (not always, but often). This goes with either the App on my phone, or the website.

While I appreciate the Sticky Threads, they've grown in number and size. Once I've read them, I've read them. So, I take the ultra-frustrating step of closing the Sticky threads (I'm of course joshing, it takes only a second, but those seconds add up over the course of a year--my life is behind by a couple of hours this year already ).

Is there a way to "permanently" close the Sticky Threads, so they don't show up? I guess that defeats your purpose of having all of us see them--just don't need to see them every time come on the board. Would be perfect if they just showed up once a month or so.

I have heard that the dumping stations at the interstate rest areas have been closed. Are there any dump stations in the Ames area?

prefer west side as our group already has some tickets in Sec. 6, but open to other possibilities. Looking for a parking pass in lots between Jack Trice & Hilton too.

Kene made the final roster for Vikings. That should be a given with his kick returns and with Dalvin Cook being gone. But talking heads up here were noting GM KAMensah didn’t draft Nwangwu and he has made comments apparently around Kene needing to prove he can stay healthy.

Hope he can get/stay healthy.

According to the Rag, Iowa named its 2023 Player Council (to assist in formulating policies and being involved in team decision making throughout the year) and, sure enough, Noah Shannon (the player suspended for the season for gambling infractions including betting on a team at Iowa) was named to the Council. You can't make this sh&t up.

Saw this on YouTube and it’s glorious. Jon Davis was a name that I almost forgot. RIP Stevie Hicks and Jason Berryman. Hopefully those are the only two that have passed. Really wish we could have seen Adam Carper have a football career here. Wasn’t it a pretty serious hip injury?

Maybe ISU'S rep for hardworking, intelligent, well coached and more talented than you might think is starting to sink in. We will have 10 or 11 on nfl rosters this year. Gotta start somewhere.

Just saw that Cordarrious Bailey is at UNI and likely the starting defensive end. I think he was in CMC's very first recruiting class, saw him at Wallaby's with other recruits on his official visit back when saying "Boom" on twitter was the thing when someone committed. It does look like this is his 6th year, which seems kind of common these days but man, seems like that was forever ago when he was thought to be a big recruit.

I was looking for the former ISU lineman who transferred to UNI under DMAC to see if he was still on the roster but no avail but can't remember his name but maybe he is still playing. Also a big recruit or so it seemed.
