I pray that Trumps SS detail is very good, as I believe that the Dems are to the point where they believe they have to take him out. Tonight they were openly condemning half this country, they don't hate Trump so much as they hat Anyone that would vote for him. Bring the country together, can NEVER happen now, the Dems have burnt all the bridges. They are going scorched earth now. They are planning on having democrats in the deep state do everything possible to impede anything Trump does. Legality no longer matters, they will do anything.

Hiring, or being hired, is all about fit. The issue is definition of "fit." Some employers/employees look for perfect alignment. Others look for ability to produce and results.

When I was first hired as a social studies teacher, the Superintendent was an old school guy. But he told me he tried to hire divergent types to help students with divergent learning styles. In my subsequent 45 years in education the best school systems hired this way. The shakier ones hired Superintendent or Principal mini-he's.

Today marks the coldest day of the year on average. That means we can expect better temps as we slowly exit another Iowa winter season.
