LittleX Conference Schedules

EIU finally got it's Little X conference schedule.

At least it has some measure of difficulty going forward.

Home - Nebby, Northwestern, Washington, Wisconsin
Away - Maryland, MSU, Minny, OSU, UCLA

They have to go out west (UCLA sucks though) and Washington, Wisconsin, Maryland and OSU will play them well.

What WAS our record?

Don't know if any of you follow Larry on twitter/X but he comments glowingly on Purdy and predictably the Buzzard have to grind their teeth and post snide remarks. Their favorite is something like "he was 0-4 against Iowa!") The truth is, he didn't play against EIU during his freshman year because he started later in the season. He also didn't play them during the covid season (probably our best team of the series.) So that would be 0-2. I suppose that technically I am wrong but why wasn't the covid year a forfeit? We didn't cancel the game, they did (albeit at the behest of their conference although we know damn well that they were breathing a huge sigh of relief.) I propose the "win" should go to ISU by virtue of an EIU forfeit. So there.
