Iowa State’s Nov. 11 game at BYU will kick off at 9:15 p.m. and be carried on ESPN.

Have seen two different bowl projections that both have Iowa State vs Nebraska in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl in Phoenix.

Someone posted that we beat Northwestern today. No details yet.

a past football season that had a month between home games? Seems like forever....my liver has accepted my constant apologies and has moved back home.

Thank you to everyone who participated last week. It was a close one, as I had to go to the tiebreaker to decide who finished first and then who finished third! The final score was Iowa State 30, Baylor 18 (Iowa State by 12 and 48 total points). The Cyclones passed for 238 yards.

I thought Matt & Co were very aggressive in a couple of situations yesterday.

1. Before half Baylor had the ball and Matt called time after 2nd down. Thought he would wait till after 3rd. Cyclones hold and then Rocco threw the poor pass that was picked.

2. Our last possession ending in a field goal. We had just ran for a first down to the BU 7. Pass, pass, pass, & then field goal. I would have been perfectly content with three runs…keep the clock running with BU down to one time out.

Not second guessing, lot of ways to play a game. Just thought Matt was aggressive which tells me he has a lot of confidence in Rocco & the offense

I don't know how m. any times I heard people say we hadn't won at Baylor since 2017. We have played there exactly twice since 2017 until this year.

Including 2017 and 2023, we are 2-2 in our last 4 trips to Waco. Drama?
