We are closer to WWIII in history, and who is actually running the country?

Biden is brain dead. Commie is missing in action. The world progressives are BEGGING for WWIII apparently in the Ukraine. Who the hell is running our country? Trump could easily solve the Ukraine war, so progressives decide that we need to have WWIII before he gets into office? Going to be a very dangerous time for the world before Trump is inaugurated. Progressives are insane.

O Line

Considering Utah’s defensive line was supposed to be their strength - seemed like our O Line was pretty solid Sat night. Not perfect - but respectable at a minimum.

Are we slowly moving in the right direction? As a comparison, KU’s o line was stellar against Colorado esp in the run game. Realize they are all 4-5 year guys in the program - but watching them I kept saying “someday.”

Watched the game today

A lot easier watching the game knowing we won. I know based on the thread how frustrated you all were. But I thought the Clones did a number of things well...

- Really controlled the game. Efficient on offense. O Line kept pressure off Rocco for the most part.
- Higgins was awesome! What else can you say.
- D played really well until the 4th. Line did great job stopping the run. Decent pressure. What is it about second string QBs??
- At half, felt like it was a 24-6 gane. Utah did little moving the ball. 10 points gifted to them.
- I always believe in our offense to get a TD at the end when needed. Clutch all year.

Yes, Utah is not good. We gifted them 17 points, yet still won. Team is resilient. 9-2 is awesome! Clean up the miscues and bring it next week.

Football game by game TV networks for Cyclones this season--not too shabby

  • North Dakota--FS1
  • Iowa--CBS
  • Arkansas State--ESPN+
  • Houston--FS1
  • Baylor--Fox
  • West Virginia--Fox
  • UCF--FS1
  • Texas Tech--ESPN
  • Kansas--FS1
  • Cincinnati--Fox
  • Utah--Fox
  • Kansas State--Fox

Some great exposure this season, probably about as good as we'll ever get.

Boy, I can remember back to the 80's or so, and maybe having 1-2 games on television (at least living out of state).

Superconference era

How long will it last?

ACC CCG participants are down to three teams. SMU is undefeated in conference while Clemson, and Miami each have one loss. They have not played each other.

Big 12 has four teams tied with two losses and four teams right behind with three losses. ASU finishes with rival UA. They just beat BYU who finishes with UH. CU & ISU have not played any of the teams they’re tied with.

Big 10 has Oregon undefeated and tOSU, IU, and PSU with one loss. OR defeated OSU, who just beat IU. To their credit tOSU also beat PSU so they have played each of the other top teams.

SEC had TX on top with UG, TN, and aTm one loss behind. TX lost to UG and still has to play aTm. UG also beat TN.

I just can’t see how this super conference setup survives that long when a team can get into the CCG without playing the other top teams. Not saying they don’t deserve to be there. But ISU is one of those teams.

Give me the two divisions in each super conference where you at least play everyone in your division each year. I don’t care if you rotate teams in divisions every couple years, but at least play the teams you’re competing against.
