It sounds like Iowa is going to pick up a verbal from Ryan Kriener (Spirit Lake High School) later on this morning. He's arguably the best big man for the Iowa High School class of 2016 class.
I haven't seen him play (nor would that help), but he has good size and had been drawing a lot of attention from decent schools during this summer's AAU play.
