I have to believe that BYU, UCF, and UC will bring their programs up with membership in the Big 12. I soon expect to see 21,000 people at games at BYU, could make that a very tough road trip in the future. If this all comes about, Big 12 is going to be a killer basketball conference.

This goes for many professions as well. Have recently seen many videos where females are competing against males or against trans-genders, and are getting crushed, and in some cases badly hurt. Seen a woman volleyball player literally get her face broken by a spike from a trans-gender male. Watched tough women in the marines go head to head with men in boxing and Pugil sticks, and were completely destroyed, and these are TOUGH women (going against the smallest male marines they could find). Watched coed track, and it was humiliating for the women, then men made them look like they were standing still. They are going to get hurt doing this. Seen Male tennis players totally humiliate women while serving. Even Serena Williams admits she never wants to compete against any male pro tennis player, she knows she would get killed, and yet feminist believe that women can compete against men. Watched a fireman competition, where they have to knock down a door, and the female firefighters all failed, they could not knock down the door. Watched single male pro soccer players score go 1 on 11 against a women's team and he humiliated the whole team. Why as a society are we focused on destroying female sports? Saw many women on these videos that got hurt going against men. Just a matter of time before one of them gets killed, if it already has not happened.

I brought up three sons in soccer, and they all played on coed teams in the 16+ ages. Do women/girls not understand that when they compete against teenage boys, the boys are holding back so they don't hurt them? No guy wants to be the guy that destroys a woman on the field. It is absolute fantasy for women/feminists to believe that they can compete against men straight up, or allow transgender men into their sports. Someone is going to die from this.

Their offense looks completely unorganized. Turnovers are killing them and the number of wide open 3's they leave undefended is appalling. I know the loss of Soares was awful but this is essentially the same team that went to the Sweet 16 last year. What's is going on?

Watching OU and KU, and the Big 12 maeking on the court is just a light gray, like it was removed from the wood and just left the discoloration, like OU removed the markings on purpose?

I've been to a few in the past, and my recollection, this is the fullest I've seen it. Parquet was completely full, and the upper level was fullish on the sides, and a scattering on the ends.

Of course, you get weird crowd noises for the different events. A Cyclone gymnast just got done with a floor routine, and the refs simultaneously failed to give a take down to an ISU wrestler, and the boos rained down, like I said, right when the ISU gymnast got done. Poor girl.

I think ISU under estimated the crowd. The concession lines were brutal, and parking departure was not great either. But as a fan, it is a great event. But I'm sure fun for the athletes too, to have 7K+ for their event.

ISU offers 2024 DL from familiar Florida HS program

Finally got around to renewing the Cyclone Club and FB Tickets. However, I do not see anything on the ISU ticket master page about Cyclone Gridiron Club renewal. Am I missing something?

Gridiron Club webpage has a membership form you can mail in, but also lists the ISU ticket master site for online CGC renewals, and the invoice for 2022 is still listed on the TM site.

Iowa State hosted a Michigan HS point guard for the Oklahoma State game. Darius has blown up as a HS sophomore this season. His dad played D1 ball at Eastern Kentucky. There appears to be some prior relationship to Jaren Holmes, too, as the current Cyclone is a Michigan native.

In-state DE talks recent offer from Cyclones

Just got a letter from the Linn County Treasurer, and basically it was a warning that property taxes will be taking a huge spike upwards. Basically said that property valuations are way higher than 2 years ago, and to expect a 40 % jump in assessed values for my house. This will result in my tax going up $500 per year.

Anyone else getting anything similar from your county?
