I thought Matt & Co were very aggressive in a couple of situations yesterday.

1. Before half Baylor had the ball and Matt called time after 2nd down. Thought he would wait till after 3rd. Cyclones hold and then Rocco threw the poor pass that was picked.

2. Our last possession ending in a field goal. We had just ran for a first down to the BU 7. Pass, pass, pass, & then field goal. I would have been perfectly content with three runs…keep the clock running with BU down to one time out.

Not second guessing, lot of ways to play a game. Just thought Matt was aggressive which tells me he has a lot of confidence in Rocco & the offense

I don't know how m. any times I heard people say we hadn't won at Baylor since 2017. We have played there exactly twice since 2017 until this year.

Including 2017 and 2023, we are 2-2 in our last 4 trips to Waco. Drama?

I make a habit of looking up track and field results for most of our RB, WR, DB, maybe even on occasion LB recruits, but I don't usually do TEs. I got curious because of the announcers in the Baylor game saying Brahmer has WR skills. So I looked up his track and field stats. Surprisingly, he ran sprints in high school, 100, 200 and some of the hurdle events. At 6-7, 250, he has a personal best of 11.44 in the 100 and 23.24 in the 200. That's picking them up and putting them down for such a big man. It would not surprise me, with that 100 meter time, if he ran a 4.5 40. Have we ever had a TE who ran a 4.5 40?

I've been looking for a while and can't seem to find anything on the WBB scrimmage with South Dakota several days ago. Anyone else having any better luck?
