WBB Big 12 seeding (revisited)

There was a thread earlier this week about breaking a three-way tie for 4th to determine the B12 WBB seeding, but it glossed over the fact that WVU would get the 4th seed over us in a two-way tie. I checked the mred bracket machine with today's results (thus far), and found:
If Baylor beats OSU tomorrow, we get the 4th seed and the double bye. The winner of tonight's UCF/Houston game would get the 13th seed; they would play the #12 seed TTU in the first round. The second round game would be against #5 Baylor. We would get the winner of that game in the third round.
If OSU beats Baylor tomorrow, then we slip to the 5th seed and a single bye. We play the winner of TTU/UCF/Houston. If we win that, we play #4 WVU in the third round.
Fortunately, the OSU/Baylor game is in Waco, and Baylor beat them by 12 in Stillwater.
