I am thinking the MAC and Conference USA have a better bowl tie in with this bowl than several of the bowl tie ins the Big 12 has.

The entire playoff is a joke and disaster. Penn State has the easy road to the championship yet lost to middling Michigan and barely beat the Goohers. They were another 10-2 team. The powers that be desperately wanted Alabama in who lost to Oklahoma and we’re 9-3, now 9-4. I’m sure the will still be top 10:with four losses. And games in the playoffs have been blowouts to assure the “right” teams are in the semi and finals. And I haven’t even mentioned Boise and SMU. As Tim Brando said, more Big 12/teams didn’t make the playoffs because they are in the wrong conference, and he knows football. I haven’t even mentioned watched very little of the games, and don’t plan to.

Any word on where he is headed? Early on it was Texas A & M. Haven't heard of any visits scheduled. Maybe he is just going to enter the NFL draft.
