They finally have updated their "Get My Payment" site so you can go in and change your bank info. After I entered my the normal required info it said I was eligible for a payment and prompted me to the next screen. You will need your Adjusted Gross Income on this year's 2019 Tax Return along with the amount of refund or amount you owe. You then enter your bank info. After I submitted got this message:
