NIL inequities

I was visiting this morning with a guy who played at UNI about 40 years ago. We were discussing transfer Nate Heise, my friend has heard that Nate is receiving $125,000 - $150,000. Then entire NIL budget for the entire UNI basketball program is $110,000-$115,000.

Has to be very frustrating for the mid level coaches.
