Iowa State is the first Power Four offer for Saline (Michigan) 2026 QB Tommy Carr. Watching his junior highlights is pretty similar to watching Connor Moberly's junior highlights (moderately tall, very mobile, with an accurate arm). His older brother (CJ) is a QB at Notre Dame and he is also the grandson of former Michigan coach Lloyd Carr.
