I was unable to watch the game and could only follow it on the gametracker linked on the official site, so I couldn't understand how our women could shoot 31 percent, while Middle Tennessee State shot 55 percent, and we lost the TO battle 18-13, yet we still beat them by 16. True, we did win the rebounding battle pretty decisively, but I didn't think that would account for a huge difference in the score.

At one point during the game, we had just hit a 3-pointer after hitting three FTs right before that. They put up a stat on the gametracker that said we hadn't scored in 2:36 while MTS had gone on an 8-0 run in the last 1:06. We were ahead by double digits at the time, and I began to question whether the gametracker had anything right.

Turns out someone couldn't get their teams straight, because it was us shooting 55 percent and them shooting 31 percent, I have no idea how they managed to get the TOs and rebounding stats right but mess up on those other things I mentioned. Just weird. Usually, it's the ESPN gametracker that screws up and skips plays or will say something that totally makes no sense, like a player gaining -84 yards on one running play.
