FOOTBALL RECRUITING: Iowa St. Calls WR with Offer

Sunday was the last day this spring for permissible phone calls. Iowa State used the final day to extend some offers over the phone, including one to Mesquite (Tex.) wide receiver Jared Atkinson. And he was actuall participating in a camp at Baylor at the time.
