247 just came out with a Crystal Ball prediction for Iowa State on Saturday for Quaron Adams, RB/WR from Chandler, Ariz., teammate of Eli Sanders. If he signed with Iowa State and actually makes it to campus and plays for us, he would be one of the fastest players, maybe even the fastest, ever at Iowa State. He's run a 10.4 100 meters and that was as a freshman when he was about 5-3. Webster Patrick would be the only other player to match and surpass that kind of speed (I believe he ran a 10.2) but while he did sign with us, he never qualified and never suited up. We are recruiting Adams as a slot receiver. Adams said in an interview several months ago that Iowa State and Arizona are recruiting him the hardest.
