Many successful coaches, using a variety of styles, often mention that they are successful because they are themselves, meaning they don't try to be someone else. Perhaps Prohm is trying too hard to be like Fred and just needs to coach the players like he would "his" players. Catering to prima donnas was, in my opinion, one of the reasons (certainly not the only one) that Mac failed as a BB coach in his tenure here.

Just a thought, and just frustrated like everyone else.
