I just looked up the stats. The squawks beat Wisconsin with 144 yards of offense. Petras had 92 passing and -41 rushing. Wisconsin gave up 2 picks and a fumble.

Huge catch in OT to put Pack in position to win.

For the longest time I keep getting a message the site is using a lot of energy on my computer. It's getting so bad I am having trouble posting/editing -- Which many may think a relief


I am using a 7 year-old Mac and not in position to buy a new computer just for CR. I do not get this message on any other website that I can remember.

I'm in constant need of correction, but it seems to me that this is the first loss of the six where I can't blame it on at least one bad call. Maybe I was numb.

I know it's quite a ways out but am looking for 4 lower levels for a friend for the ISU-OU game who is wanting to experience Hilton Coliseum.

Don't know if I'm out of line here, but I think there's a lot of interest in the two teams, for obvious reasons. I think the final was 6 points.

Early in the second half, the future Cyclone has 86 rushing yards and three touchdowns. I know he’s been recruited as a CB, but I’ve got to think he may be getting more consideration at RB. He’s dynamic back there. I’ve had a few SEP folks tell me he can play RB at the next level and believe he should get an opportunity. Even the Rivals regional guy Clint Cosgrove thinks he can play on the offensive side.

I would be beyond shocked if we could go to Stillwater or to Fort Worth and win. I mean really shocked.

That means we have to sweep Oklahoma, West Virginia and Texas Tech at home to get to 6-6.

Man, with our uncanny ability to lose close games, I am just not seeing it. It's really a shame as we should have been a shoo-in for a bowl with the 3-0 non conference start.

Not making a bowl game in this era is a momentum killer for a program. It's almost comical how inept we are in one-score games. And that is, by and large, on the coaches IMO.

Has happened a lot lately. Plenty of blame to go around. I’ll start with a poor O line and poor placekicking. Maddening.
