The New Big 12 .....

The Big 12 will be announcing the additions of Oregon and Washington in the near future. Basketball only deal with Gonzaga included is likely not going to happen. Yormack stated early in his tenure that the only additions he would consider would add value to the Big 12. There are only two teams in the Pac 12 that would meet that criteria and that is why they are being added. Utah would be the next logical choice, having a totally seperate fan base than BYU. Utah is the best football team in the Pac 12 now, even while Southern Cal and UCLA are around. I look to see Utah being offered membership before any other school. This conversation I have been reading about the Big 12 adding an Arizona school or Colorado school is simply crazy, and always has been.

UNI

Looks like we picked a bad year to play UNI. They averaged 33 points a game last year and were the top offense in the Missouri Valley behind QB Theo Day, who Farley calls the best QB in the state. He passed for over 3,000 yards and 26 TDs last year, completing passes at a 65 percent clip. He scored 4 more TDs on the ground, but he's not what you would consider a runner, gaining 70 yards on 60 carries for the year. He's a big QB at 6-5, 230-plus, so he can probably get the tough yard for them when it's needed. They lost some OL to graduation, but when's the last time UNI had a poor OL?

Their defense is what let them down last year, leading to a 6-5 record, but they are expecting a resurgence in the D this year, starting with their D-line, where they brought in a bunch of size, something they lacked last year. UNI is normally among the top defensive teams in the MVC, so last year was a bit of an anomaly for them. But they think this is the year when it all comes together with offense and defense both being exceptional. Not looking forward to that game at all.

Scary video showing Biden is likely well into Parkinson's.

Biden Video is AI deep fake? Sadly, no.

Media person shown how to detect AI deep fake videos, but when aske to evaluate Biden video, based on the fact he does not blink, guesses fake. Sadly, it was real video and he is weirdly unnatural. He blinks at a really slow rate. Having extremely slow blinking is a symptom of several dementia diseases, including Parkinson's. The man legitimately should have the 23rd pulled immediately.

Another mass shooting by, by Trans BLM nut job.

Shooter in Philly was a 40 year old black "man" that supported BLM and wore womens clothing and bras. What is this, 3 mass shootings in a row with Trans people. Clearly, red flag laws should target Trans people, they already have a mental disease, and clearly they are unstable people. This guy was clearly a nut job.

Favorite Big 12 Coaches to Yell At

Fairviewfarmer's post about his desire to yell at Deion Sanders got me to thinking about opposing Big 12 coaches that I've enjoyed booing or yelling at (in good fun of course).

Who were your favorite opposing coaches to raise caine about? Mine were Barry Switzer and Billy Tubbs. Both for their unabashed arrogance. Ditto for Kim Mulkey.

Pac deal

From the people that actually seem to know something, , Pac deal is games streamed with AppleTV plus, and Amazon. Linear CW and ION., and CBS and ESPN might get selected games. Money close to Big 12. They might get creative in free memberships to conference alumni and fans with the Apple plus. How is anyone’s guess. If CU wanted to leave they could, but apparently Big12 is second choice. I would say the conference is far from dead as the Swaims of the world claim, but well know seen.

Randy Pete on ISU revenue

Have to give him kudos on this one. Surprised I was able to read it since I'm not a DM Register subscriber.
