Wondering if some of you in the business, could share what recent farm land rates are. This is for a small property, in the 30 acre range in central Iowa. Flat land, CSR2 of 87+. Thoughts on what you're seeing for similar land rentals?

What kind of government mandates what kind of vehicle you can drive?

As a reminder, these are always pinned to the front page for easy access in the future. These have been updated to include the late additions to the 2024 recruiting class. I count 87 scholarships for the 2024 class and that's with none of the super seniors returning. So, either way, there is more work to be done between now and the start of fall camp when they need to get down to 85.

Only two more of these to go until the conference season starts!!! The Cyclones and Panthers tip off around 7 p.m. tonight inside Hilton Coliseum. The game will be carried on ESPN+. I'll have the periodic updates in the thread below.

Dont post much but just wanna give a shout out to @bcblum for the event tonight. Getting Matt Campbell to Omaha was awesome. You all did a great job putting that together and the speeches were great. We have a great staff and group of individuals leading isu and the collective. Side note - Rocco getting $1.5 million offer and staying is incredible.

With the prospect of some of our key football players possibly being affected by the gambling investigation, it's refreshing to hear some positive and encouraging comments about our new football players.
Granted, some comments may be "pumped sunshine." But I prefer them over the pessimistic ones.

The freshmen and sophomore classes are as talented as he's had at Iowa State. Says there's something special about this group.

Harris has great, long speed and the ability to stick his foot in the ground and get vertical.

Jaylin Noel calls Beni a freak athlete and the most athletic on the team.

The linebackers were wow factors during the spring per CMC. Lovett has great athletic skills and can really run. Lovett likely a starter and Sadowsky could begin playing on special teams













 

Just saw a news flash that Chubba has entered the portal. Looks like the Nubs are buying themselves a team. I know we are all surprised.

OU, Baylor and WVU all lost. I sure am looking forward to our first Big XII game to see if we can hold up against normal competition. I am not sure that playing these weak slappy teams is the best way to get us ready for the conference season.

UCF had a 31st ranked class w 7 4* recruits. Only 18 in the class or would have been higher.
TTU ranked 23 and tops in the Big 12 with 4 4* recruits.
