I was curious how many players left the program that were on the 2015 roster. The rosters I used for this analysis were from the Cyclones site on FOX Sports and I don't know when during the season this snapshot was taken. I used FOX Sports because it was more compatible with insertion into a spreadsheet, where I used formulas to identify and extract the names of kids who were on the 2015 roster but not on the 2016 roster.
There were 147 players on the 2015 roster compared to 137 on the 2016 roster. But what surprised me is that there are a whopping 50 players that were on the 2015 roster that are not on the 2016 roster. And only 13 of those were seniors.
