When viewing YouTube recordings the programs frequently freeze and skip. My internet speed is 150mbs and upload is 5mbs. Is this an inherent issue or is there something I can do to correct it? I also see the audio and video out of sync when starting a recorded program. I fix this by fast forwarding a few frames then go back. This seems to fix that problem.
