I know the majority of posters are from Iowa, and I'm from Wisconsin--but where do you keep your vehicle registration?
I've always kept it in my glove compartment, but I've read a couple of times recently that it should not be kept in the car for security reasons...rather kept at home in a safe area.
Yet, if you're stopped for any reason, won't the officer sometimes ask for registration?
