If I were a voter, I would rank ISU ahead of the Squawks after what the Squawks have done the past 5 games. They lost 4 out of 5 and all of the losses to unranked teams (at least a couple of them to horrible teams). Their overall record is now 20 and 9 (same as ISU) and ISU plays in the best conference in the nation. I would keep ISU at #17 and drop the Squawks to about #19.
But my brain tells me that EIU will drop to about #14 and ISU will remain at #17. What do you guys think?
