What is included in Tier 3 revenues? Does it include radio network revenues, in which case some of the other conferences also have some additional revenue on top of their Tier 1/2/3 media deals. With CycloneTV simulcasting the call in show what bucket does that revenue get counted in?

I get a sense when we complain that the Big 12 media deals don't include Tier 3 revenues that some of the revenue numbers quoted for some schools includes more than just the Tier 3 TV rights. If we are counting radio revenue as tier 3 revenue, we need to add some radio revenue when we compare to teams in other conferences.

I really question how much revenue CycloneTV actually generates. I wonder if the 3 or 4 million dollar figures that get thrown out for ISU include the radio rights.
