I am supposed to be talking this evening with Burbank (Calif.) running back Chance Bell. He is slated to visit Iowa State on Monday. I believe he visited Illinois today. The Cyclones and Illini represent his two Power 5 offers according to the Rivals.com database. He also has a number of Group of 5 offers as well.
