Democrats pissed Obama did not get vote On Garland. What difference would it make? GOP was not going to vote for ANY Obama nominee. Without 60 votes, it was NEVER going to happen. Congress normally does not vote on anything unless they believe it will pass. Just like no democrat is ever going to vote for a Trump nominee.
