I realized the other day that when people are wearing masks, I actually look in their eyes now when speaking to them and notice eye color. Prior to mask mania, I would always look at their mouth, I guess because it helps in communication to better understand what they're saying. Consequently, when they are wearing masks, I have a harder time understanding what people are saying, especially when they're talking to you through a speaker with a window between you and them like in a drive thru situation. Anyone else notice these phenomena?
