I think Glen Rice is leading- IIRC his high school coach wouldn't let his players sign a LOI during the November signing period, they had to wait until the spring. He would have signed with Johnny in the fall but Michigan really turned up the heat and got him that spring. His recruiting became so disruptive for the team that the coach then changed his policy to allow fall signings after Rice.
