1. First one I can't wait to try is chicken, sausage, peppers and potatoes.
Main ingredients are chicken thighs, hot Italian sausage, heirloom peppers (smaller peppers than bell peppers, but basically the same thing) and of course potatoes

2. Spanish garlic soup
Main ingredients are cubed day-old bread, thin-sliced garlic, thinly sliced black forest ham, 2 tsp, paprika (or to taste), chicken stock and eggs. once your soup is thoroughly cooked, you crack an egg or two onto the top of it and let it poach right on top of the soup. Your soup should be thick enough to hold the eggs at the top. Only do enough eggs so each person you are serving gets one. If you have leftover soup, you can heat it up the next day and crack more eggs into it.

3. Lomo Saltado (Peruvian stir fry)
Main ingredients are sirloin steak sliced in thin strips, roma tomatoes, an orange bell pepper, a habanero pepper, red onions, green onions, ginger, french fries. The french fries are cooked first in a skillet with a little olive oil and only added to your stir fry after it's finished cooking and then thoroughly blend them in.
