Don't think the democrats realize this, but they have now made it so the POTUS can just create spending via executive order. They just made congress irrelevant and the constitution. So when Trump gets elected, he can build the entire wall via executive order. Remember before, he only reallocated the money from specific funds already approved in the Pentagon budget (which the POTUS is allowed to do). But the game has now changed, Biden has effectively made the POTUS king, and he can do whatever he wants, so when Trump is elected, Trump can do whatever he wants. Way to think it through liberals! !
So when Trump is elected, he apparently can use EO to generate all the funds for building the wall!
