We are going to be continually bombarded by the MC is going to take this job or that job. If not, it means he has stopped having success. None of us want that. So, at some level, there is a chance he will leave. Whether you think, like me, that is a relatively low chance, a higher chance, or inevitable, it is a chance. Since we are all day-to-day there is a "chance" he could die. Nothing is forever, guaranteed, or permanent.
And most of us a lot are that Jamie is a good A.D. Any good AD has a succession plan. So, now to the question (finally, they said.) What do you think the plan should look like? PLEASE do not engage in the he won't or will go debate in this thread. Just rationally or irrationally explain what you think Jamie's plan is or should be in the event MC leaves, retires, dies or whatever.
My view is that he will hire an experienced head coach with success at multiple levels.
