SCOTUS just said that the POTUS has the authority to deport ANY illegal Alien to ANY country that will take them. Lower courts can be ignored. This applies to over 11 M illegal aliens, it is not limited to the bad criminals. Since many countries do not want their own citizens back, then third countries that will take them are fine.
Scotus just ruled that POTUS can send ANY illegal alien (11M +) to ANY country that will take them. No more delays.
