I see several posters who feel Patrick Scoggins can get another year if he wants it. How does that work?
My understanding is that you have to miss 2 years due to injury to be eligible in the 6th year. Scoggins' record is: 2012 regular RS; 2013 JC; 2014 JC; 2015 injured at ISU; 2016 ISU. Was his first RS due to injury? Or is there some other obscure factor I am missing.
