The road construction in Ames is so slow. The construction on 13th from Duff to Grand has been going on all spring and summer.
Grand from 4th street to 16th street, section of 9th street and grand. Just taking forever. I was at a party in June and a city in Engineer was there and he said Grand was almost done and would be open before football season. Still waiting, not like the road construction season has seen a lot of rain to postpone progress. Maybe some of it is waiting for supplies, but probably shouldn't start something if you know there might be a delay on receiving those.
