AMES, Iowa – Iowa State sophomore center Audi Crooks has been named to the 2025 Jersey Mike’s Naismith Trophy Women’s College Player of the Year Midseason Team as announced by organization Wednesday morning. Crooks was previously named a Top 10 Lisa Leslie Center of the Year finalist and Wooden Award Late Season watch list candidate.

Crooks is averaging 23.0 points and 7.5 rebounds to lead the Cyclones through 26 games this season. She is shooting nearly 60 percent from the floor and has set new ISU sophomore records for points (597) and made field goals (242). The Algona native became the fastest player in program history to score 1,000 points earlier this season, reaching the milestone in her 49th career game. Crooks was the third fastest Big 12 player to reach the mark and the third sophomore in NCAA Division I this season to score 1,000 points at the same institution.

Iowa State returns to action on Saturday, February 15 to take on Kansas in Allen Fieldhouse. Tip-off is set for 4:00 pm and the game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
