i need some advice please.
i hit a deer on fathers Day, and i have full coverage insurance
so i took my car to shaffers auto body in ames.
he wrote up an estimate, and he gave it to my insurance company yesterday.
and this morning justin from the body shop called me and told me my insurance company was going to total the car, i have never hit anything before and i'm not sure what to do,also thats the only estimate i was assuming they would want more than one estimate, whats the norm for this ? the damage to my car was almost 2.000
and i think my car is worth more than that,.
