For the humor value, I thought I would share this.....
I have a "customer" (using that term very loosely in this case) that is notoriously famous in our organization as being the proverbial dumber than a rock. He's a good guy, but head-scratcher WTF at times.
We have been e-mailing back and forth for a fair amount of time on a specific issue. My last e-mail to him was asking him provide me his mailing address so that we could mail a new manual to him. The manual is physically both large and thick, not typical printer size. This is a replacement manual, and he was familiar with what to expect.
He sent me back an e-mail with his e-mail address. Yes, the one that we have been corresponding with.
And if that wasn't enough.....he noted a second one to try if the first one wasn't working.
