So do you boys and girls in the central part of the state have access? Cross the Big Sioux into SD or the Missouri into NE and stands are along the roadside, especially in North Sioux City, SD. A couple of our neighbors and us let some off each year and have a great time. Works well in our neighborhood since we live in a 20 year old subdivision on the Lloess Hills along I29 where the Missou meets the Big Sioux. Quite a few neighbors pull up lawn chairs and coolers. Another neighbor a couple of blocks away spends thousands of $$$. There are fireworks going off all over the city. For the most part police look the other way as long as you aren't too stupid and they don't get complaints.
