I went to see this with my dad yesterday afternoon and, sheesh, what a marathon of a movie. That's probably the longest movie I've seen in a theater since Dances with Wolves.
I'm curious if anyone else has seen it yet or plans to? Going into the movie, I figured it would mainly center on his role with the Manhattan Project and how the atomic bomb came together. I didn't figure that roughly around 50% of the movie would have to deal with them trying to nail him for being a communist and the process of yanking his security clearance.
Also...maybe it's just me but there were quite a few scenes when I couldn't understand what was being said on screen. Perhaps I should have just waited to watch it from home and turned on closed captioning!!!
