Found out a couple days ago that OSU hired Jaci Hoyt who was the Kansas City women's coach. Impressive bio, mother is HOF high school coach in KS, built KC into a winner when it had been non existent in three short years. Just watched her introductory presser. I love it. I'm sure Jenny at OU can't be too pleased about battling for recruits with her even thought Jenny has bigger worries in the SEC like SC, TN, etc. Friend who is an Assoc HC at D1 women's program just texted me that Hoyt talked former Cyclone Asst Jack Easley out of retirement and with a better position than he had at OSU before he retired, this time as an Asst Coach. He was Dir. of Operations. Very happy for Jack. Really good guy. He spent nine years at ISU working with the post players. Chelsea Poppens is one of many who contributes much of her development to Jack. He spent 21 years at OSU and one or two yeas out East prior to joining the ISU staff.
