The zagsblog is reporting that Kassoum Yakwe is blowing up this weekend and that he has decided to stay in the 2016 class and go to prep school. This is important to Iowa State since one of his old AAU coaches is a grad assistant at ISU and he would be prohibited from signing here if he reclassified to 2015. Kassoum says Iowa State is one of the schools recruiting him hardest. Interesting since Matt is no longer here. He was a teammate in high school and AAU and shares a household and the same guardian with Cheick Diallo. The following is stuff from message boards, but the guardian supposedly was really into the Iowa State comeback against Oklahoma (during Yakwe's visit here) and he is also supposed to be really high on Fred. Makes me believe we may still have a small possibility with Diallo. Anyway, we are still apparently in the mix with Kassoum.
