Which just blew away Michigan's recent $169M/15 yr record contract. And of that $13M each year I'm hearing roughly only $4M is going to equipment leaving the rest for cash payouts (and nobody down here is talking what pockets that cash is going to yet until the Board of Regents approves next month). As if Texas needs another $13M each and every year ...

Iowa State? $3.1M over 7 years expiring 2018 and Hawks $6.1M over 5 years expiring next year (per DM Register). For us there is $417K/yr going to equipment with JP working out $15K to go to CPR's pocket (per Portland BizJournals DB) ... which I suppose can just cover his annual Harley repairs/maintenance ;)

I can attest the UT's 9th consecutive #1 nat'l ranking (per Collegiate Licensing Co) that it is just RIDICULOUS how much burnt orange merch is being worn across this entire state by anyone and everyone. Friends that graduated other top athletic schools still willing to wear the Horns logo just to fit in I suppose . . . Me? I have worn orange to UT tailgates but will never don a logo (and I always wear my ISU hat which always gets a "I remember the 2010 loss" - to which I so hope that becomes "we remember the 2015 revenge loss" next week . . .
