Was watching You Tube Video - “Not Leaving Las Vegas” who is a LV Vlogger and he is stating that Directive 49 is saying that any event with over 4000 attendees ( Ticketed Events) is going to require Proof of Vaccination to be able to enter the event.
Said that Partial Vaccinations would have to wear mask but non-vaccinated will not be allowed into the event. He mentioned something about UNLV at the 7:52 mark of the video.
