go over officiating changes for the 2015 basketball season. Hand checks, illegal screens, etc...are actually going to be called and not just during the preseason (hopefully). Look for the November/December games to be really ugly. I hope the NCAA sticks with it and the game is cleaned up. It will take awhile. It was Curtis Shaw going over the changes.
