Thought I'd start it off for those of us that will watch the women tonight.
In about an hour, Hilton will host one of the biggest WBB games that I can remember. Probably the most important regular season game ever - at least that is arguable. I can't remember a bigger regular season game.
I am nervous. I saw what Baylor did to us in Waco....the difference in overall athleticism (speed, strength, size) was very stark. We were embarrassed down there. I remember posting at the time, I don't care if the game was in Waco or in Hilton or on Mars, we had zero prayer against those Baylor girls.
CBF is going to have to come up with something special tonight. Obviously we will need to be lights out from 3. But in Waco, we couldn't even get good looks bc we couldn't beat anyone off the dribble to kick it out to an open girl. It was frustrating.
I hope I am wrong and Hilton Magic rears its head tonight like it never has before. Because we will need it. Looking forward to watching!
