Thought I'd start a Super Bowl thread and highlight those connected with Iowa. We have Landen Akers (ISU), Christian Rozeboom (Sioux Center), and Joe Burrow (born in Ames). If I'm missing anyone, let me know.
I gotta go with the Rams. The Rozeboom family had close ties with my nephew who passed away in 2013. To this day, Christian still wears a bracelet dedicated to him every game, and calls my brother once a year to replenish his stash. And obviously, how frickin cool would it be for Akers to have a Super Bowl ring!!
