Without knowing anything about the internal dynamics of the program, my preference would be for him to be done after this year. I dont think he outcoaches anybody and I dont have much optimism that things will get better.
The fanbase reminds me of McCarney's last year. Apathy has set in and assuming TH leaves, next year is going to start just like this one is ending.
