Last night, on the goal tend call against Arizona, there were 2 or 3 possessions after that, and when the next timeout happened they reviewed and confirmed the call.
I think after the review if they would have overturned it, they would have taken 2 points off the board. I can't recall exactly but I think the ball was blocked out of bounds which still would have been our ball out of bounds. Maybe we retrieved the block shot, or maybe Arizona did, but regardless the offensive team would get screwed in that situation as they can never try to get that 2 points again on that same possession.
