ISU announced a new app that will allow fans to scream at their phones or computer, via an app, which will be gathered and piped into the stadium. I guess I don't know how loud it will be, it doesn't really say that, but it does sound like there will be crowd noise--real---unlike MLB that just pipes in generic crowd noise. HERE is the link.
